Gordon Huether has been invited to present an AIA CEU accredited lecture at AIA’s Monterey Bay Chapter on June 22nd, 2017. The course entitled ‘Art in Architecture’ will focus on how art can best be incorporated into architecture and its benefits.

Research shows thoughtful designs transform spaces. Art in architecture enhances visual aesthetics, increases value and provides users of the space a sense of well-being. Learn how integrating art features early on in the design process can elevate the overall desired project outcome. This seminar will give insight into techniques and applications as well as best practices.

The American Institute of Architects (AIA), founded in 1857, has over 260 chapters around the globe. AIA provides architectural students and architects with a wide variety of resources for continued education, advocates for infrastructure improvement, equity and human rights, sustainability and environmental protection – all in context with architectural practices.
