On October 8, 2026, the Culinary Institute of America (CIA) unveiled a life-sized bronze sculpture honoring renowned chef Thomas Keller, located on its Hyde Park, New York campus.
Depicting Keller in his signature chef’s coat and apron, the sculpture celebrates his extraordinary contributions to the culinary arts and his lasting influence on generations of chefs.

Gordon Huether Studio is proud to have brought this tribute to life, honoring a culinary visionary whose dedication to creativity, craftsmanship and excellence reflects values deeply rooted in our own artistic practice. Through this sculpture, we hope to celebrate not only Keller’s remarkable achievements but also inspire future generations to pursue their passions and strive for excellence in their own creative endeavors.

Keller shared the unveiling on Instagram, expressing his gratitude to the CIA and the generous donors who made the tribute possible. He also shared his hope that the sculpture would serve as a source of inspiration for students in the years to come.

This unveiling marks another milestone in the studio’s longstanding relationship with the CIA, joining several of our installations at the institution’s New York and Napa campuses.
