The studio has a strong background in transcribing and fabricating artwork in large-scale glass installations using a wide variety of techniques.

Some of the "cold-work" glass techniques that may be used are carving, etching, lamination, leading, and silk-screening, while such "hot work" techniques used include fusing, slumping, casting, enameling, and glass painting, among others.

With Huether's new directions in metal, the studio has recently been developing techniques for the application of hot and cold patinas on steel for large-scale sculpture and architectural installations.

Driven by Huether's artistic vision, the studio occasionally works with third parties to bring a project to realization. These parties may include neon, acrylic, film, metal, lighting fabricators and engineers.
